My Little Birthday Girl!!!!

Just a little about my little birthday girlie as Mommy sees it...Miriam was born after 12 hours of labor. She was my angel baby, she is the only reason I knew what a good baby should be like :) She has always been a girlie girl. Even at a young age if I wanted her to wear something I just had to hold her up to a mirror and say "pretty" and she would wear it.
She loves playing dollies. Her favorite color is pinkalicious. She is very diplomatic about getting what she wants. If one of the other kids has a toy she wants she never just comes out and asks for it, she attempts to make another toy look fun and then offers to trade for the toy she wants.
She was so brave last Sunday and went to her Sunbeam class all alone. We had said a prayer the week before to help her be brave and after sacrament, without being asked she said, "I want to go to my class!" Daddy had to peek in the window of her sunbeam class every 5 minutes, but she did it!
She loves to sing herself to sleep singing "Silent Night" She is learning how to share with Hazel and often gives up a toy just to be kind. She has a very sensitive heart, we have to be careful never to speak to sharply or her little heart just melts and she cries and cries.
Her favorite stories are the parables of the bible, especially the parable of the sower, and she loves the story of Jesus in Gethsemane. She can sit and listen to me read stories for hours, she just keeps getting me books.

Hazel Loves Green! Green Bowl, green peas, green "jacketity", and green butterfly shirt, and of course, WE LOVE HAZEL!
I often tell the children if they leave their toys on the ground they just might get vacuumed up, this always helps them help me clean up. Today Miriam and Hazel we fighting over a toy and I was trying to tell them that people are forever, and toys will all be gone when Jesus comes, but people are always the most important thing. So to drive my point home I said, "So Hazel, you will always have Miriam, but your toys...." She stopped me and said, "My toys will get vacuumed up???" SO innocent :)
