I love spring, we got our kites out too and had a blast in the warmer weather. I just have to ask, are you in the field just across from your house? I played there as a little girl, well, it was a horse field then, the field next to my house now has a house on it now. But that canal in the back, we played there all the time, swinging across the willow trees over the canal. I even lost a pair of my glasses in that canal! My poor mother went through too many pairs for me. Oh how the memories are so sweet, nature is so much fun for the kids!
